Some countries object to particular new members, so the convention may not apply between that pair even when both are listed. Apostille status follows the HCCH status table for the Apostille Convention (data as of 2026-10-12). Universities don't always require an apostille for admission. Many accept certified copies or verify documents directly, so check your university's rules too.
